    It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

  • All purchases through our store are completed through our website. We do not allow retail traffic. Some items may have to be shipped to our store once the purchase is made. Once the item has arrived and is ready for pick up we will contact you. 

    All sales are final.

  • Sales on the following items are final:

    1. Special orders.
    2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
    3. NFA items.
    4. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

    Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.


    All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

    All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.


  • All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.


    All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.


    Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.


    You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

  • Transfers
    • If you have purchased your firearm online, you will need to complete the FFL Transfer process so that you can legally own your gun. We want to make that process as smooth as possible.

      Please follow the easy step-by-step guide below:

      First, complete your transaction with the seller or dealer; then send an email to: and include ALL of the following information for EACH transfer:


      The DESCRIPTION of the firearm(s) with any order, invoice or auction numbers.

      The SELLER’s information — name of person or business, a reliable phone number and email address or fax number. We MUST have an e-mail for your seller/dealer.

      The BUYER’s information — full name (with any nickname), a reliable phone number and email address.

      Upon receiving all of the information above, we’ll gladly contact the seller/dealer on your behalf and initiate the FFL Transfer. *Any missing or omitted information will delay the transfer process. Please submit the information above even if we are on “file” with your seller to decrease the chance of any errors or missing information from the seller in the package.

    • Please forward all tracking information to us by email at Doing this will avoid delays. Inform the seller to put our business name on the shipping information as the recipient. If this is not done it could cause delays and we will not be held liable.
    • Secondly, please wait for an email from us.

      PLEASE READ: If you are tracking the shipment, there is no need to call our office to inquire about the status of your transfer, and please do not show up if tracking shows that we signed for your item. Doing so only slows down the process. Once you forward the tracking information rest assured that we are keeping track of the shipment and will receive updates. You do not have to contact us for updates with the shipment. Please give us time to process the shipments properly, in accordance with federal regulations, in the order that they’re received. We assure you that you WILL be contacted within 1 business day, so we kindly ask you to wait for an email from us.

       When the item arrives, per federal law, we inspect it to verify that the serial number on the actual firearm(s) matches the seller’s paperwork. Then we have to log it into our ATF Firearms Log. We do allow customers ONE (1) full week from the date of email contact to pick-up their transfer. Because vault space is limited, any longer time will require previous consent and/or agreed upon storage fees. Any items left beyond 30 days without proper communication, will be designated abandoned and become legal property of the store without compensation to transferee.

       We are always here to help. We will help you through the entire process so that the transfer goes smoothly, and you can receive your firearm quickly.

      If you are a NON-U.S. CITIZEN, per federal law, please bring ALL of your immigration status documents WITH YOU when you come in to complete the paperwork so that we can verify the authenticity of them and make copies. If you are unsure of what to bring, bring it ALL, or contact us during regular business hours for clarification. We will NOT transfer any firearms without these documents. NO EXCEPTIONS

       The $20 FFL Transfer fee is due for each firearm upon submission of the background check. The fee is due even if the background check is put on “DELAYED” status by the ATF/FBI. Upon approval of the submitted background check, you will promptly receive an e-mail from us for you to come in to finalize the paperwork and legally take possession of your item.

       If the background check comes back “DENIED” anytime during the process, the transferee is still responsible for the transfer fee per firearm and the cost of return of firearm to the seller. If the background check comes back “DENIED” anytime during the process the transferee will have 30 days to set up a return with the seller. If there is no communication or a return is not initiated after the 30 day period the firearm will then be considered abandoned and become the legal property of the store without compensation to the transferee. 

      We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who does not follow our transfer guidelines and policies and/or exhibits any rude, obnoxious, or condescending attitudes toward our team and other valued guests either on the phone, via e-mail, or in person. If this happens, we will not initiate the transfer, allow the transfer to proceed and/or return the firearm to the sender.
